Roldan Madrid's Modesto School

Haven't posted here in awhile. Been spending most of my free time building and maintaining the Kemscrima Doh Blog. (www.kemscrimadoh.blogspot.com) Once a week Eric and I travel to Roldan's School in Modesto, Ca. to play (practice) Escrima. Roldan is a great dude with an infectious personality. Good things come from hanging out with folks like that. Here are a few pics from last weeks session.

Merced workshop wrap up.

The workshop went off without a hitch. Different perspectives of Escrima's attacks, counters, distance, transition, and methodology were touched on. I want to thank everyone who participated. Bruce, Manuel, Seth, Chiew, it was great meeting you guys. You got the fire, keep it burning. Dan and Jack, your dedication to the warrior's path is truely an inspiration. Dad, Philomena, and Chris, your neverending support makes it all possible. And of course Justin. Thanks for waiting patiently, the work I do today is for your tomorrow.
